The Lurgan Show is on this weekend located nearby in Lurgan Park, Brownlow house is a calendar house rooms, chimneys, wings etc all as in a calendar i.e. 4 wings = 4 seasons and so on, it was designed by a Scottish architect and build with sandstone from Scotland, again we are near the town centre as well, Brownlow House also serve breakfasts and lunch, there is a basement museum with WW2 artefacts as the Americans were stationed here during WW2. Should be a great weekend lots to see and do

we are making a return visit to Cookstown, with its Saturday market on the main street, renowned to be the longest and widest in Ireland it serves as a bustling hub of shops cafes and restaurants with local butchers like Hutton's and several specialty shops, including the Mandarin buffet Restaurant near the school, also on Monday 13th there will be a large parade of bands as Cookstown are hosts this year for the annual July parade, we will depart Cookstown Monday evening.
